Popped in for a quick repair after my chain started slipping on the way to work. The staff were friendly and explained what needed doing without any jargon. There was a bit of a wait as they were busy, but someone kept me updated, which I appreciated. The bike was sorted the same day and has been running smoothly since. Would definitely use them again.
